1989-1990 Pilkington Cup byl devatenáctý ročník premier Anglie Rugby Union klubové soutěže v té době. Bath vyhrál soutěž, když ve finále porazil Gloucester . Vítězství v Bathu bylo největším výherním rozpětím jakéhokoli předchozího finále, k čemuž přispěla skutečnost, že Gloucesterův John Gadd byl vyloučen z hřiště v 57. minutě za dupání na Davea Egertona .
